Ben Sabrin, eHire CEO, tells his story very well in the video above. He along with partners Ed Grasing and Kyle Tothill are setting out to provide a web based alternative to the human intensive $112B recruiting services industry. Sabrin differentiates between search and matching, the latter requiring underlying data on a candidate’s personality, skills, and background that can be quantitatively matched with job profiles.
Sabrin is well known for his role in the success of open source pioneer JBoss, and his co-founders bring additional domain expertise to the equation. The company’s service is pretty much under wraps at this stage. Currently our neighbors in Atlanta’s ATDC, they are preparing to move uptown to Buckhead.
